Our house is divided into a lower and an upper floor. There is space for 4 people. The company's nearly 50 square meters spread on the ground floor a living area with adjoining open kitchen with sitting area and a shower room and a bedroom. On the first floor that can be accessed by a staircase from the bedroom, there is another bedroom. Outside of you standing next to a green area to play with your children and a terrace. Parking for your car / motorcycle is located directly next to the cottage.
The house is located on a 1200 sqm plot, what is also is a private house. It is located (5 minutes walking distance) near the Karl Hagen harbor on a quiet street. The beach is minutes by car about 5 minutes (plenty of parking near the beach there), bike 10 minutes and walk about 30 minutes.
